Toroidal Propeller for ThrustMe Kicker / Cruiser / Thruster

Replacement propeller for ThrustMe Kicker and ThrustMe Cruiser.  Potentially can fit ThrustMe Thruster.

Features:

• Go faster, go farther — toroidal props are much more efficient than conventional ones
• More quiet — even less noise from your electric outboard
• Print a new prop if the old one breaks — cheap and fast repair

This is still work in progress.  If you know a thing or two about fluid dynamics (e.g. know how to use OpenFOAM and such), please feel free to help improving this design.  It's currently using ShapeScript to make it possible to generate propellers for other motors more easily (using math rather than CAD).

Printing

Minimal layer height, 100% infill.  There's likely no way to print it without supports, but if you change the angle of the model, you could potentially avoid having to use supports inside the blades.

If printed on an FDM printer, you'll likely need to polish it with very fine sandpaper or some gentle power tool, ideally put a coat of epoxy to make it smoother and more waterproof.
