This enables the PSU to draw cool air from outside the Prusa Enclosure, and expel the warm exhaust air into the enclosure.

Avoids having to remove the PSU that can destabilize the printer and with the added upside of making removal of the printer from the enclosure easy.
With Input Shaping being pre-configured with the MK4, this will ensure the profile betters matches the MK4 resonance with PSU attached.
The front grill is 3D printed with NO TOP or BOTTOM Layers, 12 perimeters and Honeycomb infill.
4x M3 (10mm but can be more without any issues) Nut and Bolts to fix in place.
The internal shape of the Air duct can be used as the template to cut the Perspex adjacent to the PSU. Holes can also be marked from this part.
I leave a 2mm gap between the duct and the PSU vents.
The length of the duct can be easily cut in Slicer to match your positioning of the printer inside the closure. This can also be used on other enclosures with great result.
