Hole plug commonly used to seal the door bottom of many 90's BMWs.

Description
PDFReferred to in the parts manual as a “blind plug”. These need to be printed in a flex material like TPU so that it can deform a bit during installation. PLA or PETG will crack.
There aren't really enough layers for infill to matter, most will be solid bottom or top layers anyway.
