I don't know what to make of this, any ideas of the cause or how to avoid?

MK4 with alpha firmware
Prusament ASA (natural)
Prusa Slicer
0.15mm QUALITY Non-input shaping printer profile
Prusament ASA stock filament profile
Complete Individual Objects ENABLED, A before B
3mm Brim Outside Only on A (torn off in photos)
Glue Stick used, evened out with IPA

After A completed, B started printing OKish but soon went janky. Printed overnight, no A.C. or fans in room.

I printed C this morning, nothing odd except the slightly bulging layers which is unusual for my MK4 using PLA. I've not printed a lot of ASA on it yet, I've done a bunch on my MK3S+. I just noticed I tuned C upside down from how it was printed in the photo. I didn't mess with the nozzle, I didn't suspect a clog when I started the C print though I do now.

Clue?: In the last photo the bottom of A looks perfect, bottom of B is looks under extruded.

A stuck to the surface really well, brim

======

Nothing I noticed as unusual in the gcode for the A,B print.

Last night I reprinted the nozzle (A) object by itself with the brim removed (it was sticking really well in ASA so I thought it was unnecessary, one PLA prototype broke loose so it was added after that). Same result with the crazy "fuzz" starting at the same layer. I was surprised that it started at the same layer, I was convinced it was a heat issue so wouldn't happen at the same moment especially since I had a window open in the room last night.

See for D image and gcode: https://www.printables.com/model/548021

Today I reprinted this in PETG and it printed fine, like all the PLA prototypes.

I thought this would be more annoying because it wasn't reproducible but now that I reproduced it I'm not sure what my next move is.
