At standard scale, this kitcard prints in a 90mm x 50mm footprint to a height of 11mm. The frame, kickstand, and wheels are 2mm thick, the bars, rack, and pedals are 1mm thick. Other components vary.

YMMV on the connecting tolerances. I recommend printing outer walls first. The current file has more resilient connections between the frame and wheels than the file which was originally published. I've added individual part stls, though I don't recommend printing any parts individually unless your bed adhesion is excellent. I've also provided the OpenSCAD file, which connects the component stls and defines the kitcard. In the future I anticipate adding accessory parts, such as bento boxes, frame bags, bottles, etc., and kitcards both for the bicycle parts without the rack, and accessories packs.

The drop bars print flat as a U shaped piece with pips to represent brake hoods and bar-end shifters. To bend them into shape, it is best to run them under hot tap water and curl them around a small-diameter object, such as a pencil or chopstick.

This style of bike with these proportions and approximately these angles was produced by a number of companies during the mid to late seventies, including Takara and Schwinn. The included rack and crate models are representative of a common style of rear rack and milk crate. The relationship between the model and the actual bike is shown in the final picture; the model is perched atop the seat of the nearer bike.
