 2023-09-05 UPDATE

Please consider using the "circuitboard-cable-holder" to gain some clearance between the heatbed cable and the extruder cable as they might collide/rub against each other on bigger prints! Also consider using this model: https://www.printables.com/model/494623-mk4-main-board-cable-clip

-----------

Use this model to avoid the below uncomfortable routing of the heatbed cable in your tight cabinet, like my old MK3…

Remodeled the files completely in F360, but used the original STL files for reference.
Made the following adjustments to the original remix:

MK4:

  • Added extra M3x10 hole for extra stiffness around the cable entry.
  • Extended the lower part into the middle screw for more stiffness and easier assembly.
  • Sliced a slot for the thermistor cable.
  • Made the heatbed cable hole/entry deeper for more cable support, and added grooves.

MK3:

  • Not tested on my MK3s yet

I created this remix since I had some concerns about the longevity of the heatbed cables with the “original model”, pointed out below (next to the Prusa original cable holder to the right):

PETG 0,2mm quality 15% infill.

Installation

Install as described in the manual for the MK4. Make sure the thermistor cable is not pinched anywhere. First install the lower part, arrange the cables and add the cover. Don't forget the nylon filament.
