AVAccess 4KEX40-eARC 1U Rack Ears

This is a model for my other AVAccess boxes. This box allows me to monitor HLG video that I capture on the LG C1 I have without having the physical blackmagic design card in the room. 

Pieces are designed to be held together with 2 M3 Bolts and nuts. I used this set. No supports needed.
