X1C/P1P style nozzle wiper MOD for Voron [Beta]

Motivation

The X1C printer has a good and well-working nozzle wiper that is easy to source. I want to implement a similar system for Voron Trident and 2.4 using the Bambu lab wiper accessory.

The Bambu lab wiper accessory is a simple and effective way to clean nozzles. It is made of a durable material and can be easily mounted to the printer. I believe that this system would be a valuable addition to the Voron Trident and 2.4, as it would help to keep the nozzles clean and Z offsets spot on.

Here are some of the benefits of using the Bambu lab wiper accessory for Voron Trident and 2.4:

• Easy to source: The wipers are readily available on Bambu lab stores in EU, US, INT.
• Simple to install: The wiper is easy to mount to the printer and requires no permanent modifications.
• Effective: The wipers are made of a durable material and can effectively clean nozzle without risking damaging the nozzle or silicone sock.
• Affordable: The wipers are relatively inexpensive, making them a cost-effective way to improve your printer.

BOM

• 1 x Nozzle Wiper accessory by Bambu lab
• 1 x M3x (16-20mm) SHCS bolt * 1 - attaching to the frame
• 1 x M3 x (6-8mm) SHCS bolt * 1 - attaching wiper to printed part
• 1 x M3 (4 x 5 mm) heat-set insert ("Voron standard")
• 1 x HFSB5-2020-232-LTP spring ball nut (preferably) or T-Nut

Print instructions

• ASA or ABS | PETG for non-enclosed only, not recommended as the part is close to the heated bed.
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Extrusion width: 0.4mm, forced
• Infill percentage: > = 40%
• Infill type: grid, gyroid, honeycomb, triangle, or cubic
• Wall count: 4
• Solid top/bottom layers: 5
• Supports: None

• 20.08.2023 - Beta 1.2. Added support for wiper ears, no need to cut them off anymore. Added M3 (4 x 5mm) heat-set insert providing a more stable mounting of the Wiper. Updated BOM.
   
• 06.08.2023 - Beta 1.1. The screw hole for fixing the wiper is changed to ø 2.8, the recommendation is to use SCHS/BCHS self-tapping M3 bolt to secure it. Standard (Bambu lab) bolt will not provide satisfactory results. Few other minor model tweaks. Material recommendations added. In-action video from tests added.
