Printing & Post-Processing

The gauges were initially tested in PLA, but for extended use or more demanding environments, a tougher filament like PETG or ABS is recommended. To account for printer tolerances, printing gauges slightly oversized (around 0.1–0.2 mm) can help. After printing, a light pass with fine sandpaper helps achieve a smooth, consistent surface across all pieces.
