I'm not saying I got super obsessed printing Prusament PETG as clear as possible, but I'm also not not saying that.
Building on the excellent video from CNC Kitchen, which in turn builds on the work of Rygar1432, I set out to endlessly tweak settings from the base Prusament profiles until I got something that worked really well for this brand of filament.
Included is a 3MF file with the settings for the Prusa Mini, use them as a base to jump off yourself. I suspect these will be good for most other printers since speeds and cooling are very low already, but try it yourself.
No idea how well these settings translate to other brands of PETG.
The key settings are layer height, speeds, line widths, infill direction and pattern, fan speeds, filament temperature, and ironing.
Yeah, I tweaked a lot to get this. The weak point now is the perimeter, because infill overlaps the one loop it creates a slight ridge which I couldn't resolve.
