This is an modification of the original RPi4 UPS case by Jason with changes and upgrades for the newer revision of the GeeekPi RPi UPS hat (aka EP-0136) for Raspberry Pi 4 .

📝 Print Recommendations: (0.2mm layer on 0.4mm nozzle recommended unless mentioned)

  1. RPI Case Bottom: 25% Infill + Any Filament (PLA+)
  2. RPI Case Top: 25% Infill + Any Filament (PLA+)
  3. RPI Case Middle: 25% Infill, Clear / Transparent Filament (PETG for transparency)
  4. RPI Case Button: 100% Any Filament (PLA+ @ 0.1mm layer)

I printed these on my AnkerMake M5 printer with stock settings. Gcode files where changed to Prusa Mk4.

📃 Changes Include:

  • Change of Fan Size for 30mm fan (focus on positive pressure inside to provide indirect UPS cooling) [ADDED 40mm fan variant].
  • Inclusion of Button Insert and alignment notch (for ease of activation/use).
  • Increased spacing for Power input opening / tolerance (input plug sizing).
  • Additional space for USB-C & MicroUSB inputs (new UPS revisions).
  • Removal of RPi GPIO access opening (for increased fan performance).
  • Change of mounting system to using M3 threaded inserts (4x M3x5mm or M3x4mm) and M3 screws (4x M3x25mm).
