Printed this to finish off a roll of filament. Great little can for my work space
I just needed something I could put next to my printer where I could throw away all the scraps. This was perfect. Not super sturdy when printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, but it doesn't need to be. It's perfect for what I needed.
Printed both in vase mode. Blue with Elegoo Rapid PLA+ filament and the full size one with Flashforge High Speed PLA Burnt Titanium. Using Vase mode makes it only 1 layer thick, but as you can see from the pinch picture of the blue can it just makes it really flexible - still plenty strong to hold scrap PLA in the blue and tissues in the full size one. Vase mode dropped the time on the full size from over 12 hours down to about 2-1/2 and the filament used from around 500g down to about 90g. So I highly recommend spiral vase mode, as long as your filament doesn't print brittle and you have good layer adhesion. Thanks for the print! :-)
Printed in vase mode with 0.6 nozzle on XL with color gradient filament. Looks great! Going to use it next to the printer to hold scraps from printing. Perfect!
printed it in vasemode on a 0.4 nozzle with 0.3 width. It looked nice but was very fragile and it cracked near the bottom.
