Open PC frame 4. This is based on the OPF-3. I moved the reservoir to the back and the graphics card down. All parts have been changed. You can use this also without a resevoir.
You probably want custom cables with this one.
Printed in carbon fiber PETG for dimensional accuracy. 0.4 mm nozzle 20% infill, 2 perimeters, 5 bottom and 7 top layers. Do not use PLA as it will get soft at 60C. Stls are not oriented, place so that they print best on your printer. Best to stick with flexible tubing. Although the design uses the components for extra rigidity, it is more flexible then a metal case.
You need some assorted 6-32 screws for the Front and back parts, power supply and reservoir. 6-32 1 3/4 in. screws for the fans and radiators. M3 screws to put things together. Use acrylamide and kicker on the threads if M3 screws don't hold. M3 heat inserts and M3 screws for the Mobo. Mobo sits on 5.5 mm tall printed spacers (glue on after putting in the heat inserts).
Will fit EATX MOBOs or smaller and most of the monster graphic cards.
I used an EVGA Z690 classified and and EVGA 3090 FTW3 ultra with EKWB Front and back water cooling blocks.
LOUQE Cobalt RC260 Twinax Gen4+ PCI-e 4.0 Riser Cable.
Power supply: EVGA G5 1000W
Radiators: EKWB EK-CoolStream SE 360 Radiator, Slim Triple, Black
Reservoir/pump EK-Quantum Kinetic FLT 240 D5 PWM D-RGB
I used Lian Li Uni fan ALs and the enclosure will fit the Lian Li controller board.
NOYITO 16mm Chassis Switch Metal Button Switch.
Please realize that I only share designs I make for myself because I want them and to see what others can do with them. They are usually shared under non-commercial share alike license. This is meant for makers and requires some careful consideration and tools. Importantly, this is a experimental design and not a commercial product. Please send feedback and concerns.
I am not qualified to advise on specific PC parts. For that please follow your favorite YouTube channel. If you don't have a 3D printer or your build plate is too small, visit your local maker space. Have fun making and pleae share the results.
