Toilet Fill Tube Clip

I made this because we have an older toilet that needs a ratio of 2/3 for the fill tube water to go into the tank and 1/3 of it to go to the bowl through the overflow tube to properly flush. If this ratio doesn't happen, then the toilet will act like it's clogging after 3 flushes because there isn't enough water to push the water through to the waste pipe. This device attaches to the top of the overflow tube and divides the fill tube flow water for the needed ratio. Regular clips can't position properly.
