This is  a simple grommet/plug to fit the zip-tie notches on the Hyper Tough 27 Gallon Storage Bins found at Walmart and allow pulling a full bin with paracord and not damage the rim of the bin. The bins will be stored under a bed, in my case, and I needed a way to easily pull out a bin from the far side of the bed without either crawling under the bed or having to resort to a stick with hook to grab them, which would probably be simpler, but why do something the easy way when you can over-engineer and 3D print a fix! Yeah.

The idea is to use 2x or 4x grommets (at least one on either corner of the bin) through which 4mm paracord can be looped. The grommet is intended to increase the surface area pulling on the tip-tie notches, like the eyelet on a tarp, to prevent damage to the bins and allow for the paracord to quickly be disconnected from the bins without having to untie/retie knots every time a bin is pulled out and opened.

This part is already in optimal print orientation and will require a minute amount of support on the lowest corner. I have Orca set to Normal support, Snug, with a 10 deg Threshold Angle (see screenshot). I'm also printing with 6 walls and 30% Cubic for strength in ABS on a Bambu Lab X1C. In Ludicrous mode, one grommet prints in about 17 minutes with these settings, but depending on your machine and print settings, your mileage may vary.

Note:
I went through three versions before I got the notch fit perfect with no slop. It is very snug on my bins because the notches on the bin itself don't perfectly line up with the notches on the lid (there's a 1-2mm overlap on one side of the notch I had to compensate for due to poor QC and mass production of the bins, what's in them potentially pushing up the lid and bin notches out of alignment, etc). So for me, they fit, but the fit is very snug, which is what I want so the grommet doesn't pop out of the notch when you pull on the paracord. You may want to print a test piece with fewer walls, infill, etc, for a test fit that you are satisfied with before printing a strong final piece. I think I'll just make another one or two versions with greater degrees of notch accommodation.
