This is a work in progress, but hosting the portion i've done so far.
I've made the base structure have quite thin structural pieces so you should hopefully not use infill but just perimiters which will make the print speed much faster. Widening them from 2mm wide to 4mm wide would add like an hour to a 40 minute print.
These have been designed to just barely be printable in a prusa mini with no brim around the print.
The top is being printed with a .15 mm gap from the bottom which i find gives me a friction fit between the parts when pushed together. If you find it too loose or tight i would suggest doing extremely small scaling of the part. Assuming no burrs on your posts, the sheet should just drop in with any friction and be held without much slop.
Please don't hesitate to suggest any changes/modifications in the comments.
*Update 1
Added the bottom plate for the race sheet that i'm working on printing out ATM as a 4 piece version. plan to sketch up some quick connectors to allow me to glue them all together. Also attached the full bottom plate uncut if you can print 290mm wide
*Update 2
Still working on updates to the Race Card's top frame, V2 will probably need to be extended just slightly for a tighter fit, and V3 bottom plate should now be the proper size for the paper and an added brim around some spots to remove the top pieces is added.
*Update 3
Probably last update for a while since just finishing up my last printings for my game this week. Please suggest any changes. Added the section for the expansion cards, just mirror it if you want it to be on the left side. Made it 7 cards so you could have a full action card hand there. Also modified the top of the race card so if you wanted you could print an extra piece to border off the rest of the race card (probably good for races like cabal that need to store pieces there.
*Update 4
Realized I didn't explain the assembly process
Bill of materials is
2x Race Card Bottom
2x Race Card Bottom (Mirrored in the slicer, i should have just added an STL for this, again a total miss on my part)
2x Side connector 4mm
2x Side Connector 2mm
1x Center Connector
This will let you assemble the base frame for the main card. You will want to glue the connectors on. Added image to hopefully explain this better.
You will then print 1x for the rest of the pieces
Hero Card Bottom
Command Counter Bottom
Command Counter Top
Race Card Bottom Left
Race Card Bottom Right
Race Card Top Left
(Race Card Top Right is optional, really only need that for the races that can steal tokens)
Everything was broken up to fit my Prusa mini, If ii ever get around to redesgining these i'll do less broken up pieces since I have a P1S now.
*Update 5
Uploading two work in progress versions that simplifies everything for a standard format printer (mk4, p1s, ender, etc)
Now you just need to print two bottom pieces and 1 top bracket.
If anyone can think of a grid layout that is specifically useful for given races, let me know.
