Access Card Holder

I commute by motorbike, and my office has an underground carpark with card access.  I was tired of stopping, taking gloves off, fishing out the access card, presenting it to the card reader, and then reversing those steps to be able to ride through once the gate opened.

This badge holder was designed in Fusion 360, and when combined with about 35cms of webbing tape and some velcro, it straps on over motorbike jacket and glove, and allows me to get into the carpark without even taking my hands off the bars.

The badge holder should be printed vertically with the opening at the top - no supports are needed.

The buckle can be printed flat, with supports under the concave center section that can then be removed.
