Table Saw Roller Guide Featherboard Dewalt

This is a blending of my two favorite roller guides.

Use the base from Roller Hold-Down by Perkinje. I used PETG for this

I used a ¼ , 2 inch long bolt.

The body is made out ½ Roller Hold-Down and ½ Feeder guider woodworking eccentric swage by WeberPapa. I used PETG for this

The roller is from  Feeder guider woodworking eccentric swage by WeberPapa. I made mine out of gold colored TPU.

In the wheel there is a 608 ZZ bearing.

The body is joined to the bearing with an 8mm dowel, approx. 38mm long.

The wheel is held on with a sheet metal screw (I think the flange on the screw helps retain the bearing but I'm pretty certain that the expansion of the dowel due to the screw is plenty to retain it so any screw should work)

The knob is a modification to ¼ inch of the m6_knob.stl and m6_knob_cap.stl from Tilting Router Lift by brianfroelund.

1 x ¼-2inch long bolt, nut and washer

1 x 608 bearing

1 x 8mm dowel
