Model Rocket

Model Rocket I made for a school project. This is a simplified version of the Rocket I had to do. This version doesn't have compartments for all the electronics I had in. I actually had to add one more part (you can see the white part in the picture) because there wasn't enough room initially.

Tolerances are precise enough so you can just assemble everything without the use of glue, you only need to glue nose cone to parachute holder. There is a tight fit with body part to engine holder, body to parachute holder is more loose so the parachute can come out with ease.

All parts are printed with PLA, 20% infill and 0.2 mm layer height.

Everything you need for the flight:

• assembled rocket
• one straight stick (helps with the direction when the rocket launches)
• launch pad (brick or tile can do the trick)

• stretch floss (to tie nose cone to body)
• parachute (homemade or bought)
• a lighter
