My girlfriend likes to do stained glass and has a Gryphon Omni Plus 2 diamond saw. The blade chuck and finger guard broke and the parts are on a four-week backorder, so I reverse engineered these parts and printed them. These have gone through several design iterations, with some modifications to make them stronger.
I printed the blade chuck in PA6-GF, the slide mount in Polymaker Tough PC, and the finger guard in PETG. For the finger guard, you will need a printer with high dimensional accuracy as it's a friction fit with very tight tolerance.
