PDFA basic 6 inch (150mm) long tripod extension with 1/4-20 thread at both ends. Diameter is 1 inch (25mm).. simply screw onto you tripod to add 6 inches.. This is perfect for a short tripod that just needs a little more height to get your camera or phone where you need it. This has female threads on one end and male threads on the other, so no need to add metal hardware..
It's very ridged and the plastic threads fit nice and tight onto my tripod for a secure fit.

I used 5 walls top, bottom and side to provide extra strength to the plastic threads at each end. Definitely use a raft as this is fairly tall and skinny..
