THULE-WOOM-HOOK

to hang a little bike or run bike to you Thule Chariot use these two hooks.
They are plenty strong and hold the bikes securely.

The hole and the slot are optional features to use  25mm ratchet straps or elastic straps.

print settings:

• material           ABS, PETG, ASA
• perimeters       5 or more
• bottom layers  5 or more
• top layers         5 or more
• infill                  40% or more
• nozzel               0.4 is good but 0.6 is better

mounting:

I recommend mounting the hooks in the middle of the profile and then pushing them to the side.

I find it a little easier to mount in the middle. You can apply some WD-40 or similar to the hooks to make them snap and slide a little easier.

Warning:

i can not garantee that the hooks last forever and never break.

So using them is on your own risk.

I always have a spare pair with me.

I added a reinforced version of the hooks.
There have been a few cases where the hooks have broken.

I also adjusted the print settings to make the parts more stable!
