Don't mess around with an external Drybox to print with your moisture sensitve filaments like TPU, PETG and Nylon. Print one yourself, that fits inside the Original Prusa Enclosure!
The Drybox is very easy to make, you will reuse your existing Spoolholder and PTFE guide
The Version 2 works with a hinge/latch and has a TPU seal.

The older Version 1 is easier to make. You will only need a few magnets, some PETG and 2 longer M3 screws for the spoolholder.

How to use:
Hold the filament spool in one hand and feed the filament into the guide first, then attach the spool on to the spool holder. Otherwise it will be more difficult to feed the filament through the guide if the spool is already in the Drybox.
Notes: The Print will take your whole print bed on the MK3/4. You will have to turn off skirt or brim if you use them, otherwise it will not fit. The holes for the magnets should be a snug fit. If they are slightly to small, use a knife or similar to make them slightly bigger. If they are too big, use a drop of super glue to hold them into place.
Caution: The Drybox has more than enough space with the Prusa i3 MK4. If you have a MK3, you will have to push the printer slightly back to get enough space so the extruder motor does not hit the box.
