Settings I recommend:

use less walls to increase speed
use less top and bottom
when using a raft use one middle and one bottom layer (you don't need a top layer)
experiment with infill (I'm using 18% with tree supports on Cura but I also use Prusa)
try smoothing on top layer only if you don't like the end pattern
