RV Ladder Flagpole Mount

Specifically made to fit 1" diameter RV ladder and 2 5/16" diameter flagpole (Harbor Freight flagpole).

Flagpole base is obviously for the bottom of the flagpole which clamps and supports the flagpole to prevent sliding. The clamps are for mounting points above the base. I went with one base and two clamps on my setup. Each clamp and the base is directly above a ladder rung to prevent sliding.

Uses M6x40 bolts and nuts.

Tolerances are very tight in this model so make sure your printer is dialed. If your printer is not perfectly tuned all tolerances will likely be too tight including pole and hardware fit so scale up very slightly until you get a working model. I suggest just printing one set to check tolerances before committing a bunch of filament.

This whole project with hardware only cost about $20. Much cheaper than the commercially available options and fits a flagpole size I didn't commonly encounter online.
