TPU Bottle Koozie

A simple bottle koozie for 12 fl oz (350ml) bottles. The inside is ribbed to allow for some minor expansion to hold the bottle tightly. This also can work with 12 fl oz cans like the narrow seltzer cans, but doesn't hold them as tightly. It is intended to be printed in TPU material and is best printed on a textured sheet.

It has holes at the base to ensure your drinks can be somewhat easily be removed and help drain out any condensation. At the bottom is a waffle pattern to provide grip on the table.

I've included the stp file for further remixing and remodeling. The 3mf file includes print settings in PrusaSlicer at 0.3mm layer height, but here's an overview of the major settings I used for the TPU print:

• 1 perimeter (to be squishable)
• Gyroid infill 5%
• 6 topfill layers (for consistent pocket filling)
• Seam position: Random (aligned in any fashion will cause a seam that's easy to break)
