Amazing fit! I used the model and its mirrored copy to add HOTAS to my playseat. How did you design such a fit? Did you have a reference model of the chair?
Putting nuts was a bit tricky, I had to add hexagonal inserts, so the two external mounting nuts can't get pushed in too far. I used PLA with extra perimeters.

Well done! This printed beautifully and feels very strong. I used 40% Cubic infill with 6 walls and standard support. Kind of overkill but better safe than sorry, haha! To prevent potential wear over time between the plastic and the tubing, I used one layer of silicon tape. (edited)
This looks great and I plan on printing this, do you have the model for the attachment you used for your handbrake in the picture? Would love to remix that to fit a joystick.
Hammer Konstruktion! Habe eine recht dicke Alu-Platte daran geschraubt um meinen Moza HGP-Shifter zu montieren und es gibt keine andere Lösung die den ganzen Stuhl anhebt. Da dreht sich nichts um die eigene Achse und die Mutter-Aussprarungen sind optimal umgesetzt! Danke! (edited)

@Bas_gm_352302 Kennst du diese Alu-Riffelblech Treppenstufen? Davon hatte ich noch eine übrig und hab die da einfach passend rausgeschnitten. Hab mir vorher aus Pappe eine Vorlage geschnippelt und die dann auf die Alutreppe gelegt und angezeichnet. Die Konstruktion ist absolut Bombenfest! Man hätte auch locker ein nach rechts längeres Stück rausflexen können um noch eine Handbremse daneben zu montieren.
