30cm Wind Wheel (approx 11,8")

this is a smaller remix of my “Giant Wind Wheel (approx 40cm/15,75" diameter)" in diameter.

Here ‘only’ the files for the wings (open AND closed) as well of the rotors are available - for the housing or the assembly description please refer to Giant Wind Wheel (approx 40cm/15,75" diameter).
