E3D Revo nozzle holder for 2020 mount or as a simple stand

I wanted to make a mount to go directly on my 2020 extrusion, so I did.

It turned out that I liked it better just free standing, which the new flange I added allows it to do.

Now I can just keep them in a drawer.  Even if it falls over, the threads keep the nozzles in.
