Sephiroth's Masamune

Sliced into 14 parts for printing.

Notches added for stability when glued together. Can be left as 3 parts for easier transportation (denoted by blade shaped notches and not the square ones). These should work as friction fit - I found that spraying the blade shaped notches makes it fit more snugly.

Hole left in handle to fit through a 6mm diameter dowel (I used an aluminium one).

Glued together with superglue and 2 part epoxy.

Printed with 3 walls and 20% triangle infill. Could go with less infill and make it lighter.

Final length 195cm. Made for someone who is 6ft plus. Please scale to whatever suits you.
