Sanding surfaces with your dremel/proxon

Do you miss the correct dremel insert to polish surfaces ?

Make it yourself!

Can be used with different grain sizes.

using a big grain size you can even remove support, which would be

difficult otherwise

Instructions

Ingredients:

4 wood screws 14-19 mm

90 degree screw as pictured above

sanding paper

print both files.

Use the template to trace the shape onto the sanding paper und cut

with the pair of scissors.

Insert the 90 degree skrew into part1

Fold/wrap the sanding paper around part2, make sure you cover the

4 holes. use normal glue to fix it.

put the 2 parts together and use 4 screws to combine them.
