This is a replacement shell for the “HBN Outdoor Indoor Wireless Remote Control 3-Prong Outlet” (and likely others that use the same remote) on Amazon. It has slots that let you zip tie it to a dust collection hose (as shown in the photo). It's a snug friction fit and when zip-tied, keeps it all in one piece.
Disassemble the remote with a single screw in the battery compartment. It all comes apart. Place the PCB in the base with the oscillator facing down into the cavity. The battery goes in between the two contacts and will be secured once the top is placed on it.
Use the existing rubber button membrane in the remote for the buttons in this one. The buttons fit into the holes on the top.
Printed it on a MK4 with Prusament PETG.
The remote I used is here, but there are likely other compatible ones as well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WX2NBWR
