Description

PDF

I printed with 60% infill.  Took me several tries, maybe do to Z drift.

Summary

These parts were made to reduce the vibrations caused by the height of the printer, and to stiffen the frame, even a little bit in the x- axis. Easy assembly guaranteed. These were made for the Cr 10 S5!! I don't know if the normal Cr 10 or the Cr10 S4 got the same angle relations (height -> length)

You need:

8x M10 Nuts

20x M3x10 oval head screw (fillister screw, countersunk screw, panhead screw) i don't
know the correct name in english

2x M10 threaded rod

20x M3 Nut for T-Nut

The screws will fit exactly in this T-Nuts by DrNeis. You need 20 of those T-Nuts.

Just take out those colored stripes, cut it down and shove in the T-Nuts.

Have Fun and let me hear what you think :)

Notes:

I used 30% Infill and 3 shells. Probably that's a little much i guess it would work with lower Settings. Just wanted to be sure its strong. To get the other side of the top part just mirror it in your Slicer.
