I had an old (long since discontinued) Ribba LED light from Ikea.  These were originally intended to snap onto the top of a Ribba picture frame.  When they went end of like (maybe 2017?) I picked up a bunch in the scratch and dent section of my local Ikea and have been using them for things like additional lighting on the lathe and other tools.  I am down to my last one, and needed a light for my desk that was out of the way, but could light the whole desk.

Since my monitor is pretty slim, the built in light bar mount wasn't going to work, so I made an adapter block that I could double face tape to the back of my monitor, allowing the LED light bar to hang over the top of the monitor and cast plenty of light over my keyboard and desk surface.

Installing the Mount into the base of the light requires some effort, but it is do-able, and will remain secure through plenty of abuse.

Easy print, PLA or PETG.  4 perimeters, 20% infill.
