Original Prusa Enclosure - Magnetic Ventilation System

Tired of toxic gases?

Who says that the Original Prusa Enclosure is only for fdm printing? With this mod you will be able to print with resin without having to worry about toxic gases again.

Below you have the instructions to carry it out.

Compatible with every 210x210mm bed (MK3+, MK4…)

Magnetic Ventilation System

Print files 2, 3 and 4 once, and choose one of the variations of file one, there are three to choose from.

You should print file 3 with flexible filament to make the mod more airtight.

Mounting positions

Files 1-3 are placed on the outside of the enclosure and file 4 on the inside.

Screws

You can use up to 8 M3x12 screws to secure the print to your Prusa Enclosure, i recommend button heads screws, it will look better. (You will also need 4 M3 nuts…).

Screws are placed from the outside in.

Magnets

To securely attach the pieces together and still be interchangeable, you will need 16 10x2mm magnets for the basic setup, Outside Base and Hose Adapter, and 8 additional magnets for each extra cover you want to print.

Before sticking the magnets, make sure that the polarity is correct.
