Hard Surface Mouse Pad Holder

This is a hard surface support for a 9.5"x8" mouse pad. This is a mobile-size mouse pad that is slightly smaller than a standard desktop mouse pad. The mouse pad I used here had an 11mm radius. The radius and the mouse pad size can be changed using the parametrized FreeCAD file, but a larger mouse pad will not fit on a standard bed.

This model is designed to be printed on a 210mm x 210mm bed. So the mouse pad has been split into two identical parts. The two parts can be glued together, but I was able to just friction fit them together. There are registration keys so that everything aligns properly, and these help distribute the seam so there's not a weak point in the middle. Be careful with the registration keys on the side. They can be somewhat easy to break off.

Designed to be printed a 0.2mm layer height. Infill is irrelevant.
