Benchy Flag for Label Maker (24mm / 0.94" tape)

I thought the cargo box flag was a cute idea for organizing benchies and keeping them around as color swatches, but I wanted to print the labels on my label maker.

The flag fits 0.94" (24mm) width tape and to wrap the label around cleanly it should be 3" long  (1.5" would fit on one side.) I apply them cleanly by removing the bottom paper from the tape, aligning the top left corner then pressing the bottom down to stick it in place while I remove the top paper. 

I have a p-touch printer, so I used their software to make a template and print from a “database” (csv.) That file type is not permitted, but here's what it looked like:
