Insert for HSW cutter holder

I needed a holder for a utility knife, and instead of designing my own, I designed an insert which can be placed inside the holder designed by Rock2k11.

The insert has a bit of spring to it, so it holds the knife more securely. 

It's designed for a cutter with a 5.5 mm tip (in my case an Olfa utility knife).
