Circle jig for Proxxon IBS/E

Two Jigs for cutting a circle in light material (PC, wood …)

There ar two jigs, one for the diameters of 50-160mm (in 10mm increments) and the second one from 55-165mm (in 10mm increments).

Use a 2mm milling cutter , with 3mm you have to add 1mm to the diameters. I can recommend a milling cutter with only one flute.

For cutting you have to drill a 3mm hole in the center of your cuttout. Use a 3mm pin or M3 screw to lock the jig in the center.

For clamping of the router you need a M4 screw and a nut
