I printed this in ASA since PLA is too soft for outdoor use. I recommend either ASA, PETG or ABS at least if you don't want to go for something fancier. 

Print at 0.2MM Layer Height on Flat End

Sparse Infill Density - 35%

Sparse Infill Pattern - Gyroid 

Brim Type (for ASA) - Outer and Inner

Brim Width - 5

Ironing - All top surfaces.
