D1 Mini box for Bath Thermo-Sensor

This is another d1 mini box to house a DS18B20 sensor on a 1m cable to measure the temp of the water in the bathtub. There is an opening for a small 128x32 OLED display, a hole to let the sensor cable out, an opening and pocket for a HTU sensor, another hole for cables for a PIR sensor go through and an opening to plug an USB cable into the mcu.

The values given by the HTU are only useful for relativ measuring (i.e.: humidity increasing points to the bath tub has hot water, on the other hand a decreasing or stable humidity points to the afternoon sun as the cause for the sharp increase of the DS18B20 temperature values.)

Temperature sensors tend to err by several degrees when inside a housing, I see almost 3°C difference between the HTU temp measurements and the DS18B20 sensor placed right next to it.

The PIR sensor helps determine if someone is using the bathroom so the light stays on even for longer sessions.

Badewannen-Thermometer

Eine Variante der d1 Mini-Box, hier mit Platz für ein 128x32 OLED - Display, Tasche und Öffnung für einen HTU21d Luftfeuchte und -temperatur-sensor, Auslass für die DS18B20-Temperatur-Sonde und für die Kabel zu einem PIR Bewegungssensor. An der Rückseite ist auch noch eine Öffnung für das USB-Kabel zur Stromversorgung.

Dient so als Badethermometer, die Messwerte zur Lufttemperatur und -Feuchte des HTU sind nur als relative Werte genau. Es gilt auch hier, dasss Temperatur-Sensoren in Gehäusen in der Regel zu hohe werte liefern, ich sah hier 3° Abweichung, und die Humidity wird ja teils aus der Temperatur errechnet. Aber der Sensor ist nützlich zur Unterscheidung: ist es warmes Wasser oder Sonnenschein, der die steigenden Messungen des DS18B20 hervorruft?.

der PIR-Bewegungssensor hilft zu erkennen, ob das Bad benutzt wird, so dass das Licht auch bei längerem Gebrauch an bleibt. Macht hier Sinn als Teil einer Heimautomatisierung auf basis von openHAB.
