Creality Hot End Cover with 20mm Fan & TH3D ABL Sensor

Remixed PotatoGambit's excellent model for use on a CR10s with a BlackNoise Technologies NB-BlackSilentPRO PM-1 40x20x20mm fan and TH3D ABL Mini sensor. This should work with any 40mm fan, 20mm or otherwise of any make or brand. Also changed up the mounting tabs to angled so they print without support. I've also designed a Bowden tube and cable support bracket to work around this fan cover.

Notes:

I've added aluminum tape to the inside of the box on the side where the part cooling fan is. The heater cartridge wires run right up against this wall and can get hot enough to deform PLA. The thicker wall and tape seem to help with that. I'll print one out of some more robust material when I'm ready.
