I split the handle of my Husky mini screwdrivers (yes both the Phillip's head and the slotted). I am pretty sure I was doing what you are not supposed to do - hitting it with a hammer…
The handle and pins are printed in halves, you will need to double everything in the model to make a complete handle.
Material needs to be able to be glued easily, I used ABS. Filament shown is Hatchbox transparent red ABS for the flat-head and I also used transparent blue Hatchbox ABS for the Phillip's head (not shown, but the cracked original handle is shown).
Fill percentage and layer height are flexible. Print shown is 50% fill with 0.1-mm layer height to have good definition in the fun curvy eight-pointed star shape. You will want to use support so the central hole is close to round. The pin holes are pointed and are self-supporting. If they do end up with support in them, clear them out with a #32 or 3-mm drill bit.
I first used acetone to glue the pins in to place in one half of the handle, then used acetone to glue both halves together.
Once the acetone kicks and the ABS is solid again, clear the central hole out with a #32 or 3-mm drill bit. Clean off the shaft of the screwdriver and glue it in with a tough adhesive. I used Gorilla glue.
