Here is a simple design to hold a 2.5'' SSD drive below a Raspberry Pi 4 Coupe Case.
In order for the Pi to have air flow, the SSD is held away from the base.
This was designed to be used with a Pi running Home Assistant, replacing the SD card with the SSD.
I replaced the plastic nuts and bolts with 30mm M3 bolts and screwed straight into the plastic, no nut needed.
I printed this in PETG but any material would suit. You may need to print with a brim as it's only a few walls think.
