Friend needed a replacement part, I did my best to model it and print it for him. Apparently these break somewhat often, so hopefully this model of use to more people.
Couldn't find a lot of information online about it. It's the linkage between the handle and mechanism. Looks like you have to cut the door open to access it.
This is for the driver's side door (right side, UK).
Specifically his car is a Saab 900s, 1991, 3 door hatchback, RHD UK model.
The original seems to have been made of cast metal (probably zinc alloy), hopefully this holds up.
He tells me the part works. At the MOT, no defects were identified with the door, so I guess this works well enough :).
Update: it broke today (20/08/2023), so I guess that means that this part will last about 22 days or 3 weeks of regular use.

I printed at a weird orientation - rotating it around to try to improve strength. The result was a strong but not beautiful print. Seems to work, so I guess the proof is in the pudding.
