I didn't have any native lens for my Fuji GFX when I bought it. But I had this cursed soviet Zeiss Ultron copy, which used M42. I had nothing better to do but tinker and try to adapt it.
It works, but beware that image render circle gets smaller the wider you go with lens. 50mm Ultron works fine with barely any vignette. Wider angle lens might have heavy vignetting. Narrower lens would work fine.
I don't really recommend using anything faster than f/3.5 on GFX system as the DoF is non existent when used on 1.7 , 2.0 or even 2.8
