MSA to 3M Bayonet Adapter (Advantage 200 Respirator)

This adapter is for an MSA Advantage 200 Respirator (#00817663, circa 2004 according to copyright on the unit) to accept 3M 6200 cartridge filters.

Made another adapter by Revenantautumn for a friend that didn't quite fit right. So, back to the drawing board and a completely new model was made in TinkerCAD. After a couple revisions, this is the final working model.

As pictured, an old bicycle inner-tube was cut to shape to provide a rubber seal.

Notes:

Printed with enough walls to make a solid part with no hollow spaces.

There is a small lip to act as a seal on the larger end. I found best results by printing with the smaller end facing the bed with standard supports in Cura.
