Ender S1 Pro S1 bed cable guide

This is a simple remix of @sokece_824947 model of Ender 3 S1 Bed Cable Support. I added few adjustments to the design so that it can fit my S1 Pro. To work properly, it requires strong double sided tape. I used 3M VHB and it works like a charm.

Edit 1 : Made the design slimmer to make it more aesthetic. Also I made few adjustments to compensate for the thickness of the double sided tape.
