Printing

Don't change the orientation of the model. Print with PLA or PETG and 100% Infill. The best layer is 0.2mm.

Supports !!!

You should use paint on supports option in your slicer because if you don't, your model will look like this and you won't be able to tear off the supports.

Add supports in the places marked in the photo:

Spring

This clip requires a metal spring. How to do it?

You need: spring wire and pliers.

Wrap the wire around the pliers so that both ends are facing up.

Put the spring between the two printed parts and connect with 1mm wire.

And done!
