E3D Revo Nozzle - Fysetc Portable Input Shaper Mount (ADXL)

Uses M3 screws, that will screw in plastic to secure the ADXL to the mount
Side with the rectangular dip is where the ADXL will mount.

This was a request by one of my patrons, haven't tested it myself.

edit: needed a little wider recessed area, files are updated, and two nozzle opening, in case the smaller one is too tight
